Guanaco DEX Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 22, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how ANTAR LABS INC., doing business as Guanaco DEX ("Guanaco DEX," "Guanaco," "we," "us," or "our"), may collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Guanaco DEX website, interface, and related content, features, tools, data, software, and services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

2. About Guanaco DEX and Public Blockchains

Guanaco DEX is a non-custodial interface for interacting with decentralized functionality on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain and related infrastructure. The Services may allow you to view assets, pools, token information, pricing, routing, charting, analytics, transaction history, and other blockchain-related information, and may facilitate your independent interaction with smart contracts, scripts, token protocols, liquidity pools, and other decentralized systems.

Guanaco does not operate, provide, maintain, or control any wallet. Users connect their own third-party or self-custodial wallets. Guanaco does not hold, custody, store, control, recover, freeze, reverse, transfer, or refund user digital assets, and does not have access to users' private keys, seed phrases, passwords, wallet credentials, or funds. When you connect or use a third-party wallet, that wallet provider may collect or process information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

Public blockchains are transparent by design. Wallet addresses, transaction data, token interactions, liquidity activity, timestamps, and other on-chain data may be publicly visible, searchable, and accessible to anyone, and may remain publicly available on a permanent basis.

3. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Voluntarily

We may collect information you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you contact us by email, submit a support request, send us a social media message, provide feedback, complete a form, respond to a survey, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include your email address, the contents of your communication, and any other information you choose to provide.

Wallet and Blockchain Information

When you use the Services, we or our service providers may collect, access, receive, or process public blockchain information associated with your use of the Services, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token interactions, pool interactions, liquidity activity, timestamps, network information, and other public blockchain data.

In many cases, Guanaco may not be able to directly identify you from a public wallet address alone or from aggregated usage data.

Technical and Usage Information

We and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information in connection with your access to or use of the Services. This may include information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, language settings, approximate location derived from IP address, referring or exit pages, pages viewed, interaction data, timestamps, logs, errors, crash reports, diagnostics, performance data, and similar technical information.

Cookies, LocalStorage, and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, localStorage, pixels, SDKs, logs, and similar technologies to collect information and support the operation of the Services. These technologies may be used to remember interface preferences, imported or custom tokens, recently viewed assets, settings, security controls, analytics choices, and performance-related information.

4. Information We Do Not Require

You do not need to create an account with Guanaco to use the core non-custodial interface. We do not require you to provide your name, physical address, date of birth, government identification number, private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or wallet credentials in order to use the core non-custodial interface.

Guanaco does not receive, store, or control your private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, or user funds. Because Guanaco is non-custodial, you remain solely responsible for your wallet, devices, credentials, backup materials, and digital assets.

5. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect for purposes such as:

  • providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the Services;
  • displaying blockchain, token, liquidity, routing, pricing, charting, and analytics information;
  • enabling interface functionality and user preferences;
  • troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, and improving reliability and performance;
  • security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and risk mitigation;
  • responding to support requests, inquiries, and other communications;
  • complying with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • enforcing our Terms of Service and protecting our rights, users, and the Services; and
  • generating aggregated, statistical, or de-identified analytics and insights.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information as follows:

  • with service providers, infrastructure providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, security providers, RPC or indexing providers, block explorers, data providers, and similar vendors that help support the Services;
  • with legal, regulatory, law enforcement, governmental, or administrative authorities when required by law or when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety;
  • where necessary to protect users, Guanaco, third parties, or the rights, property, safety, or security of any person or system;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, insolvency, dissolution, or other similar business transaction; and
  • with your consent or at your direction.

Guanaco does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term and does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party wallets, APIs, block explorers, token lists, analytics tools, infrastructure providers, pricing providers, charting providers, and other third-party services.

These third-party services operate independently from Guanaco and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. Guanaco is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or practices of third-party services.

8. Public Blockchain Data

Blockchain data is public, transparent, and generally permanent. Third parties may observe, index, analyze, copy, combine, publish, or reuse public blockchain data for their own purposes.

Guanaco does not control public blockchains and cannot delete, edit, anonymize, reverse, or hide data that has been recorded on a public blockchain. Even if certain information is no longer displayed through the Services, that information may remain publicly available through the blockchain itself or through third-party tools and services.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Guanaco and its service providers may use cookies, localStorage, pixels, SDKs, logs, and similar technologies for functionality, interface preferences, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.

You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser or device settings. However, disabling cookies, storage technologies, or similar tools may affect the availability or functionality of some parts of the Services.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to operate the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, technical requirements, and legal or operational needs. Public blockchain data may remain available permanently and is not controlled by Guanaco.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to help protect information under our control. However, no website, system, transmission, or storage mechanism is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are solely responsible for securing your own wallets, devices, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, wallet credentials, and backup materials. Anyone with access to those items may be able to access or control your digital assets.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

These rights may be limited by law, by the technical nature of our systems, by our ability to associate information with you, and by the public nature of blockchain data. For example, Guanaco cannot modify or delete information recorded on a public blockchain.

To submit a privacy-related request or inquiry, contact us at guanacofi@proton.me.

13. International Users

Those jurisdictions may have privacy or data protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions outside your place of residence, subject to applicable law.

14. Children

The Services are not directed to children, anyone under 18, or anyone under the legal age required to use the Services in their jurisdiction. Guanaco does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on the relevant page and update the "Last Updated" date above.

Your continued access to or use of the Services after changes become effective means your information will be handled as described in the updated Privacy Policy.
